I use this headset in the office for all telephone calls and also for videoconference on the computer using services like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. It works well doing all of those things and is very easy to switch between telephone and computer. It can also be paired with a cell phone. I found it easy to set up with all my devices. Nowadays, it's not unusual to get calls to your office phone, over your computer and on your cell - and I think it's great that one headset can be used across all three. The sound quality is very good (both incoming and outgoing) and the battery life is amazing. It seems like a sturdy device that will stand up to many years of regular use.I've used a wireless headset for a long time. I think it's better than using a speaker phone because you still have your hands free to take notes while talking, but you don't have to worry about privacy issues or background noise. I also like to be able to stand up and move around while talking on the phone, which is something a wireless headset is made for.The only drawback is that people coming into your office don't always realize you're "on the air" when using the headset, which can lead to some awkward, one-sided conversations until they figure out what's going on. You'll get good at pointing to your headset and silently mouthing the words "I'm on the phone." But trust me, they'll get used to it.I prefer the one ear over-the-head model headsets to the over-the-ear models. The over-the-ear models are not as stable and tend to flop around more as you move. The over-the-head just stays put better, but is still comfortable. This model also works fine on either ear.

I absolutely love this new headset. It is so versatile and very easy to set up and use. You can switch what you're using it with like you're home phone, computer or cell phone with just the push of a button, literally.

Love the headset! I primarily use it on my landline office phone, and sometimes use the bluetooth feature on my laptop. I haven't tried the computer connection option yet so I can't speak to that. The headset holds a charge for a LONG time and the call quality is great. It not only has a volume control on it, but also has a mute button. Great price for all the features. I'm super happy with this purchase.Customer Service Note- I purchased the first of this headset in early 2023 for work and it arrived promptly with everything I needed to install. I had some challenges connecting it to my office phone model so I located the card the seller sent with the headset and gave them a call. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get my headset set up quickly. I was originally missing a special cord our work phones required. I never had figured it out without him and was impressed with the level of attention and care he provided.The customer service with this group is above and beyond. It's the reason I repurchased a second headset for the office when my colleague's old headset broke. I was met again with a friendly and responsive Ricky who assisted me getting the second one set up. He even took the time make a follow up call to see if everything was working properly! I can't recall ever having an Amazon dealer who showed that level of service. Super impressed!

I purchased this headset for my new job which strictly uses a soft phone system and the device needed to be able to connect via Bluetooth. Presently at my current place of employment, we have agents who rave about how well this headset works and the freedom that the wireless feature offers them, so I thought that I would give it a shot and make the purchase and boy was I excited to Arrive! The product came in and I tested it out on my newer model cell phone and the voice quality sounded like I was using dollar tree earbud/mic headphones, it was so terrible. 😔 Me, being determined to find the value in the device, decided to connect it to two PCs and two other Bluetooth capable devices thinking that perhaps it just didn't jive well with the type of phone that I have, but no change in quality, unfortunately. Perhaps it works like a dream when it is hardwired to into a hard phone system, but for connecting via Bluetooth it sounded gross and unprofessional. The company needs to rethink its Bluetooth capabilities for sure, they charge almost $70 more to make this model Bluetooth compatible, but I promise you, the Bluetooth feature they worked into this device is probably only worth $10-$15 max. I wasn't expecting the same sound quality as my powerboats pro or anything, but I did expect a quality of Bluetooth connection and sound on par with the $50 options and this just wasn't it. I'm super bummed out about it though, I really love the concept of having the mute button on the device itself. 😒

I love this new model which lets you use it with a cell phone as well as the landline! Everyone says I sound fantastic. Right out of the box it worked with my landline and lifter which I used with my previous Leitner model. After a few minutes I had the Bluetooth going with my cell phone and computer. The new charging cradle is attractive and functional and the battery in the headset lasts all day despite having the integrated LED. I have bought Leitner headsets for years. They are worth every penny. Headsets.com is a fantastic company to work with. They are very helpful getting the setup adjusted to be the absolute best it can be. They were very pleasant when I had a warranty concern where the previous headset I owned had some static when moving the boom microphone. Years into ownership they advance replaced the entire headset without argument or hassle. You couldn't ask for a better product, warranty or customer service! I would recommend them again and again. If you're tired of tossing cheap headsets in the trash and dealing with constant complaints from the other end of the telephone, get yourself one of these babies!

j'avais avant Jabra 9450 qui était tres bien pendant des années le Leitner a moins de gadget mais il et parfait et la qualité me semble meilleur dans tout les cas sur le marche c'est le seul avec Jabra qui ont la connexion Ordi tel et cel avec suppression des bruit et de bonne qualité j'espere qu'il va dure longtemps

Although the AC/DC adaptor quit after just 3 weeks of use, the excellent customer support more than made up for it.
