Manufacturig imperfection, can't adjust height, can't return through Amazon.
The media could not be loaded. The adjustment knob doesn't work and doesn't seem to be aligned. Can't adjust height to robot head which you need to use...I'm beyond upset, and can't even process a return for the item , so it seems I'm down $2 grand with a robot that needs repair.

I got what looks like a used unit at full price.
Great concept but my item arrived having been opened previously and seems to have been used.Robot looses track of where to place balls and must be unplugged and plugged back in several times to launch balls properly.Hopefully this is not typical.

Good robot with major flaws that can be easily fixed
If you read this, you already know how good this 3 wheels robot is. The following can be improved. The terrible part of the robot is the net. The net is too tight and it reflects the balls back on the table. This can be fixed by adding a second loose net. In general the net is terrible and is far below the $700 Newgy robot ( one wheel ). Also the net on the bottom part is bad, this one needs to be really tight in order for the balls to recycle, bad design. But the insulting thing is that the Butterfly logo is painted with a paint that falls off producing debris. See photo. I plan to cut it off and replace it with some normal cloth.About the shipping, I think that the guys at Bowmar are good guys but they don't run a charity. The robot comes unsealed, and they put in a bag of (new and good) balls. I wish I had an option to receive it sealed. To the reviewer who complains about height adjustment, indeed some force is required to unstuck the head, but once done it's ok, the head can be adjusted to 4 different height levels. The videos on Butterfly website are essentially 40s each and they don't show the robot settings, although people asked for them.
