Learnings and knowledge
To walk in the footprints of our forefathers is digging out for oneself, among the heavy layers of books both known and unknown, and lift oneself above the common irreal atmosphere of illusion. " For it is possible for the soul, O Son, to be deified while yet it lodgeth in the Body of Man, if it contemplate the beauty of the Good" p23" On the contrary, the virture of the Soul is knowledge; for he that knows is both good and religious, and already Divine." p23"Understandest thou that which thou readest? asked the man of God to the queen. Seek, and you shall find!

General Greek waffle as usual
Much like Seneca's rambling works. Why write 50 pages of waffle when you could have said it in two! A good deal of misdirection with odd bits of good reasoning mixed in with it. Greek fashionable writing sums it all up. The Universal laws can only be glimpsed at here. If you wish to find them look else where.
