I'm 2 weeks post brachioplasty/lipo, about 5'3 and currently weigh around 165 lbs and generally wear a L/XL top. I ordered a large and find that that this garment fits true to size.My surgeon sent me home in Marena compression sleeves. Bought this garment as a laundry backup and I actually like it better. Also, this is nearly $50 cheaper since you aren't paying for a name.The material seems to be the same (Lycra), compression feels exactly the same and the closures on the back are actually better and feel much more heavy duty. That's important because I've found that if the closures have too much give, the sleeves don't stay in place. You truly don't want ANYTHING moving across a surgical incision.No compression garment is going to be super comfortable, but this one feels exactly the same as the name brand items I already own at a much lower price point. This is a definite win and I intend to order at least one more to get me through the next six weeks.

The item was extremely, extremely tight and small. I ordered an extra large and I could not even get my arms into it. It was extremely painful to even try.

It’s lovely but too tight

Just what I needed for my arms post lipo. It really compresses my arms. Only uncomfortable part is bending my arms but I’m sure once I wear it more and more it’ll feel better. The compression is perfect though. Definitely helps with pain. I bought a cheaper one which didn’t do anything for me. I’ve been buying and returning so many due to the compression being inadequate. I would say this is worth the money for sure. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money for quality products
