I've bought this light more than a year ago. At first, it looked too bulky and the only way I planed to use it was my back yard, spotting coyotes behind my hose. However, very soon it turned out to be a great light for anything and everything. The shoulder belt is a plus and great asset to the light when you need your hands-free for a while and you don't have any place to put it on. So, actually, I can recommend this piece as nice light to have either for your household or even for any outdoor adventure. I keep one in my car and feeling good having some support for an emergency situation.

I bought one of these to replace two 1,000,000 candle power lights whose batteries had worn our after years of use. Tested the first one then months later bought a second one to replace the other 1,000,000 light that had worn out. These are not as bright but bright enough for what I use them for which is spotting game and tracking downed deer. Like the variable focus which was a little hard to adjust at first. Battery life is good, recharges easily. like the lanyard hoods and handle. Makes it easy to use in the dark. Good for when the electricity goes off too.

I had this flashlight for 40 days... and it stopped working. I contacted the seller, Mountain Drive, about the issue and was told there was nothing they could do.The response stated that Amazon handles everything and decides the return policy and there is nothing they can do about it.I decided to take the flashlight apart myself. I discovered that one of the soldering points had failed. I resoldered the wire and it works again.However, it is clear that there is a problem with the design of the light. The lens on this unit telescopes in and out to focus the beam... and it can also twist freely. This movement twists the wires internally and will easily rip them. VERY POOR DESIGN.Sadly disappointed in this purchase and the product support I received from Mountain Drive. Buyers beware.

Dont waste your hard earned money.Batteries dont last long and now charger will not produce any voltage.Checked charger will volt meter.Buy a LED flashlight that takes batteries that you can buy at most stores.Extremely disappointed!

I've owned this light for four months now,and am disappointed. It's made to seem great. Not so!

Not bright enough

Very handy size, just not enough flashlight for what I needed it to do.

Complete trash and the description is wrong. No matter what it says in the pictures or description you don't get batteries or the battery holder that goes in the flashlight
