Love the glass
Love the glass, and the measurements on the side. I can make sweet tea or sun tea, or cold brew coffee all in the same pitcher. Trying to transition to all glass pitchers. The only con I have noticed is that it may be a little heavy when full, for someone older, (like I am getting) or if you have arthritis in your hands. Otherwise it’s great! A beautiful addition to my fridge.

So cute!
Quality of product is great, just wish the opening was a bit larger, being full it is very heavy. But very pleased and it looks cute

Love this pitcher
I make my iced tea in this pitcher. On my second one. They are breakable, but I dropping it just right in a iron sink. Takes temperature changes like a champ though.

Gorgeous, but a little thin?
So, the pitcher is gorgeous, but a little smaller than I expected? It also seems to be very light, thin glass. I'm a little afraid how easily I might shatter it in my porcelain sink (...which is what happened to my older, heavier, very solid glass pitcher...). BUT, as I said: it's very light weight and works great. I'm currently just using it to store filtered water in my fridge, and it it is just so darn pretty! It look the place of a bulkier plastic container. This one is much easier to refill and move around. Fits great in the door of the fridge.Over all, happy and will probably buy another one in the future!

Pretty and Glass
I love that this pitcher is made from glass and not plastic. The cover is easy to put on and take off, but it does not fall out on its own. It looks great on the table and is really big - so don't have to refill that often. The handle feels a little weak as it is made from glass and thin, but so far it is holding up.

This pitcher is always in use at our house!
We usually have raspberry lemonade for our drink at dinner, and if I fill this 3/4 the way up at the beginning of the week it will last until Friday. I have never put hot drinks in it, so I am not sure how it handles hot liquid. But we love it, plus it looks like a science beaker so that's cool! Its dishwasher safe so no problem cleaning it. I could see if you didn't have a dishwasher and had big hands, it being hard to get your hand in without a long handled scrub brush. So just keep that in mind.

Loose lid
Lid is loose and just about topples out when tipped. As for glass thickness/strength (ordered the "thick" version), I'm a bit mixed on this. It's as thick as some of our durable drinking glasses, but *feels* fragile in comparison somehow. But with that in mind, if this is the thicker one, wtf must the normal be like?!?Sending this back primarily because of the lid, but also because the sturdiness of the glass does not instill confidence in me.

GREAT for steeping hot tea! Handle cool to touch.
First things first- I do NOT put this on the stove. I know they say you can, but I have a gas stove and the idea of a hot flame directly on glass makes me say NO NO NO NO NO NO. So I boil the water in a kettle and then steep loose tea in the glass container. It works perfectly for what I want- loose nettle tea. The strainer in the lid does really well in catching all the tea when you pour it out, but it does make for a slow pour. (Even just a small amount of tea caught in the strainer slows it considerably.) I find it more convenient to remove the lid and pour through a mesh sieve into a cup. If the tea is fully steeped (and not floating at the top) most of the tea stays in the bottom of the pitcher anyway because of the shape of it, so it works really well! A+++ AND I didn't even mention how much prettier this is than the squat glass jug I used to use!

Poor quality. Cheap. Don't buy
Very cheap and poor quality. Dollarama-like quality and look. Much better quality is available at any Walmart store for a lower price. Big disappointment. I wouldn't recommend it. I can't even return it as shipping costs $10.

Excellent Pitcher, only a slight flaw
it's everything that appears to be, it's a very sturdy 3 l jug which I believe is the biggest available on Amazon. consider how heavy 3 l is if you are of small frame. only a slight flaw in the glass at the bottom of the pictcher. something to consider, this doesn't bother me so I won't be returning it.

Holds more liquid than you’d expect
It’s smaller looking than I expected but held more liquid than I was expecting. I was impressed

Missing Parts
Ad showed a cleaning brush and an ice tray would be included in the order, that isn’t the case. No sense advertising a lie, it erodes trust & confidence in you.
