U.S. Army Improvised Munitions Handbook Paperback – January 1, 2017

I'm a writer who is always looking for ways to add verisimilitude to my action novels. This book helped me make some ambush scenes more real.

This book contains information that is easily available on the internet, and knowing how to do things isn’t illegal. It's a great book for people who just want to know how explosives work.This is heavily dated information, and trying to use any of these methods to hurt anyone but yourself would require purchases that would get someone flagged immediately.

These can backfire and kill you EASILY. That’s what they’re for. It’s purely informational. I found a recipe that creates an acid so absolutely do not recreate. Super cool seeing how troops figured out their own IED type things.

In this case you can judge a book by its cover, just exactly what it says it is, and there is some good information about improvised munitions and the like for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY..If you chose to concoct one of these "recipes" and you are not a very careful individual I would suspect your new nickname might be nubby or old one eye. After a read through I found that the most basic information in this book can be found online for free but I did find some things I would never have went looking for, very neat read.

This book is no joke. Very good information if you’re researching military tactics for writing materieal. I would never try to create anything out of this book and I urge everyone else to do the same. Also should probably keep away from kids and teens. Very easy to whip up something that’ll take off something important. Lock it up with your guns.

If a FBI agent sees this, i only bought it for knowledge and curiosity. I am a peaceful person.On the serious note. I didnt know what to expect but it is more than i expected. Some good useless knowledge but i always believe that all knowledge is good knowledge. You can probably download a PDF of it online because the contents are public information.

Great book if you have access to military munitions, but since I don’t currently live in a war torn land with munitions that are scattered about and abandoned, meh.

Really neat for curiosity’s sake. I like to be aware of potential hazards, and who knows how people are going to act about anything these days. If you know someone who can’t pass a mental examination, don’t hand this to them.Also, don’t try any of the crap in the book unless you’re a trained professional operating in a safe environment. This could get a lot of ding dongs blown off if people aren’t responsible... gosh, I love freedom.
