This magnesium glycinate works well and is easy to take, but be mindful of the dosage. I noticed digestive upset when I took the full amount, so starting with a lower dose is best. Once adjusted, it’s very calming and helpful for relaxation.

I want to clarify that I am not a doctor, I am just giving my personal opinion about this product that I use daily or almost every day, personally it works very well for me, it relaxes me and since I am Taking it I have improved a lot from the alterial pressure and the problem with sleep, you can try it but maybe it doesn't work for you, it doesn't hurt my stomach, for me it has very good quality

Incredible purchase. I first bought these capsules to help my family sleep at night, and I can proudly say they surpassed my expectations. Not only did they provide better sleep, but they also elicited deeper relaxation. I would recommend this product as a more natural method to help sleep through the night. My only complaints would be that you need to take multiple capsules to ingest the recommended dose of the product, and I feel they could make it clearer that different bodies may need different doses. For example, some people within my family could sleep well with two or even one capsule, whereas others needed all 4. I feel this could be better disclosed so that no one is taking more than they need, getting accustomed to unnecessary doses, or wasting product. Overall, it does its job well.

They are not kidding when they claim it helps with relaxation. I take it at night before bed. It’ll make you tired. I sleep sound as well. I take ONE per day.
