It’s the best. It’s nourishing. I find Himalayan etc too drying and it’s not all dissolving either how can it it’s from rocks. Celtic sea salt is ancestral voices. It’s the best.

Best salt in terms of taste, rquires very little amount of salt compared to the trash table salt with iodine. Over 90 essential vitamins and minerals and makes a very healthy, great tasting electrolyte drink. You can toss Gatorade in the garbage after this, where it truly belongs. With other poisons.
