My bleeding gums no longer bleed
I will admit I started brushing and using a water pic several times a day on top of this treatment, but my gums no longer bleed. It's a bit difficult to apply, I made a plastic applicator since nothing came with it and the idea of using a cotton swab seemed wasteful. I'm now using a liquid CoQ-10 from Costco to rinse and hold in my mouth till I swallow.
