I'm confused with the descriptions - is this suitable for outdoors or indoors only?

It is suitable for indoor as well as outdoor because it is Made of renewable bamboo as raw material, with 2 layers of odorless and environmentally friendly varnish in the surface, which makes the plant stand waterproof, easier to clean and without burrs. Compared with other wood, bamboo stand will not crack and crumble

Some reviews state it's wobbly. Could it be unfastened hardware or they are weak stands?

The pair that I purchased are solid and look very nice. Be sure to set up the stands properly and stay within the range of pots sizes that the stands were designed for.

Return policy- if I open and assemble but it doesn’t work with our pot is it still returnable for a full refund?
