Spigen Tempered Glass Screen Protector [GlasTR EZ FIT] designed for Nintendo Switch (OLED model) - 2 Pack

UPDATE: Spigen offered me an apology and a full refund. So i updated my rating to 5 stars, as i do believe they make a superior product, than the cheap screen protectors found in abundance online. My recommendation to Spigen is to have the screen protectors packaged in a sealed plastic wrap to prevent issues like mine. Thank you.I am really annoyed at this product. Spigen needs to put the tempered glass in a plastic wrapping inside the box. I received a package that was already partially open and due to that both my installations had single dust on the screen after install, that were probably sitting on the edges of the underside of installation tool. i thoroughly cleaned the device and used the dust removal sticker, and made absolutely sure i saw no dust, especially the second time, but as soon as i removed the plastic wrapping and put on the shield using the installation tool, i noticed dust on the edges after. Its really annoying. Most screen shields are wrapped in plastic covering to prevent dust for this very reason. They should have at least sealed the flimsy paper packaging in plastic wrap. Wth spigen. Why pay more for a product that thats cheaper if they can’t even do that.

The wet wipes the product comes with kept leaving clumps of streaky residue on my screen, which using the wet wipe to clean off would get progressively worse as the clumps compounded, to the point the wipe dried out and I had to use a 2nd. The dry microfiber cloth then was shredding leaving specks of itself on the screen. I eventually gave up and put the protector on knowing it wouldn't be perfect, and I'm almost never going to use the console in handheld mode anyway, but it looks ugly. As with all Spigen products, the screen guide is amazing and made installation easy. I just got a really crap batch of wet wipes.EDIT:After posting the review, the merchant reached out and made me whole. Great service!

Really nice product. I had to go through FOUR costing me $50 to get one without a single speck of dust but I finally did it. Not the fault of the product though. The jig helped so much for a perfectly aligned installation.I recommend installing in a steamy bathroom to help the dust settle out of the air. Also have the second one right near by so you can peel off the first along with the spec of dust you missed and immediately apply the second.I was gonna rank it lower due to cost but I decided to mess with by discarded ones, attacking it with a pair of scissors and I couldn’t even leave a scratch on it. Very impressive.

Just received my package. It could be packaged a bit more robustly, the first screen protector was slightly broken at the corner because it came in an Amazon bubble wrap envelope and was bent in shipping. Thankfully I was able to apply the second one carefully with no dust under the protector and the adhesive worked great, the oleophobic coating is good and should protect my Switch 2 screen well. I’m so thankful it came in a 2 pack.Application could be a bit easier, the first removal tab is small and can be pushed under the screen protector before applying. Once applied the squeegee really helped with bubbles.Im still giving this 4 stars because it came in a 2 pack and I don’t break screen protectors often, so the backup came in handy. The clarity is great and the touch screen still works just like it did without a protector.

This product is about $5-$10 cheaper than the Dbrand option and is honestly the same. I did research on this product and found out the screen protector quality is exactly the same as Dbrand, same scratch resistance, same visual clarity and same dimensions. Except Dbrand has theirs on pre order, you wait longer, and it is more expensive. Only issue I had with this product is the microfiber it comes with I felt leaves just a bit of microfiber dust, but not a big deal at all. I canceled my Dbrand order since they said it won't ship until mid july and just bought this with amazon next day shipping.

Fits on great. Make sure to use the lint stick a bunch. I found the both the included microfiber and the alchohol wipe to be a bit too rough to chance on the surface. I used my own microfiber with a spritz of distilled water. No real need to use alchohol. But the applicator was perfect. Just make sure to go quick after peeling off the bottom layer so no dust settles on it.

Been using Spigen a long time for phone screens, and they are quite literally some of the best. Having the screen aligners makes application so much easier, and you get two screen shields. Makes it so if you truly screw up the first you have a spare, but then you will also just generally have a spare if you ever need it. And for the price, you are truly getting a good deal.

Love Spigen products but I’m a bit mixed on this one for the NS2. The screen cleaning wipe and dust removing stickers were fine but the microfiber cloth is just cheap and leaves a bunch of fibers on the screen when wiping. Spent forever to use the stickers to remove dust and a couple spots got by me on the first installation. Tried the second one and had some sort of fiber appear after installing, swearing that I had carefully checked it beforehand. Still, it could happen during those short few seconds of moving to install the screen protector that dust can appear but still super frustrating. Probably going to have to order another to try one more time. Would suggest using another microfiber cloth to use instead of the packaged one.
