The only "dings" I can think of is that it would have been nice if it had handles. It's weird that this bowl is hot enough to burn your hands when you take it out of the microwave, but my silicone pot holders work great. But, I don't really see anything that would cause me to remove a star. And the lid doesn't fit perfectly or snugly, but it serves its purpose of helping to trap heat and avoid overflow. For what it is and the price, I can use a pot holder or towel to take it out of the microwave. The 2 containers that come with it are just the right size to give both kids a good portion and still have enough left over for dad (based on 1/3 cup of unpopped corn).I found that if you want a "buttery taste," it works best if you take the time to melt butter first, then add the popcorn and follow the popping directions. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best microwave popcorn popper I've tried *by H***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 8, 2017* I love this popcorn popper! Worked well. Not a lot of unpopped kernels. No burned pieces. Fits in my small microwave! Doesn't take up a lot of space once it's collapsed.
