Firstly, I don't have an issue with bedbugs, so I can't review this product for that. However, I do have a cat and a small dog (pug) who decided to take up residence inside of one of my twin XL box springs (I have a king size bed with two twin XL box springs).They ripped a hole in the underside fabric covering of my box spring and started having parties in there (to which I was rudely not invited, might I add). I tried everything to get them to stop because they were damaging my bed, including using a cheap fitted sheet upside down to cover the bottom of the boxspring, but nothing worked.I found this product and figured it was worth a try. It got here fast. My partner helped move our king size mattress so we could put these on and it took about 5 minutes total. The zippers made it super easy to install. They cover the twin XL boxsprings perfectly without a ton of loose fabric.It's been a few weeks and they've held up to my destructive pets really well. They can't easily claw/pick/dig at the fabric so they quickly lost interest.Highly recommend if you have issues with pets getting into your box springs!

Thankfully, no issues with the sewing of seams or zipper! We aren't certain we had bugs get into the mattress itself but did have them underneath our adjustable mattress framing & biting us, so we got them as a precaution along with pillowcases. As with other reviewers, I will say that they do tend to make me feel hotter than usual while sleeping as I need to throw covers off for a while. This was not an issue until we starting using them. As our mattress is an adjustable one, it was tricky getting the mattress on, for the correct side up!

The SafeRest Premium Split Box Spring Encasement is a good quality encasement, especially if you want something fully encased. The only issue that I had was the zippering the encasement. The zipper can sometimes be hard to zip up because it is a small zipper instead of a larger zipper. I wish SafeRest used a larger zipper for their products. The SafeRest company has a really good warranty on their products. If you experience any tears or zipper issues, then SafeRest will ship you a new product. So overall, I would recommend SafeRest products based upon their warranty. The most important part of any item is not just the quality of the product, but also a company to back their products through a good no-questions asked type of warranty.

The product is exactly how is described. The fabric is very good it doesn’t look like it would brake easily. Size wise my box spring is queen and it fitted fine. Worth the price.

My previous protector had be laundered in cold or warm water and dried with no heat -- it didn't stop the bedbugs at all. This one can be laundered in either or warm hot water and dried on either low or no heat, which I think has made the difference.In conjunction with a spray I use on the mattress and box spring every few days, I wash it every few weeks. It's gotten to the point where bedbugs don't occupy my mind any more!

Used it to cover a box spring. Excellent fit. (Hard to find covering for 5" box spring depth that isn't more than 9" deep) Good quality for the excellent price. Easy to apply.

Definitely need 2-3 people to put this on your bed lol but besides that it’s amazing!

Great price, high quality, delivered fast. Allowed us to protect our box spring after steaming it, which gave us tremendous peace of mind with a bedbug scare in our building. The zipper goes all the way around the cover, which makes it MUCH easier to install than most, and the fabric is smooth and strong. Perfect fit for the lower profile box springs (the ones that come with extra-deep mattresses). Would definitely purchase from this seller again.
