How can this be??** A: The bottle says, "fat free, no sugar added, 100% pure, cholesterol free, no preservatives, no yeast, corn, wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, fish, artificial colors, or artificial flavors", but it doesnot state that it's a concentrate from organic black cherries. **Q: how long do it last** A: In answer to your question "how long does it last?"... it depends on how often you use it. I make a gallon of juice around every two days, using approx. 1/4 cup of the concentrate, filtered water and 3 "squirts" of liquid stevia. My last bottle lasted 2 MONTHS. You may have to shake it before using it because sediment does seem to occur the longer you keep it (in the refrigerator, of course). **Q: Is this brand concentrate, meanning very thick no water added ?** A: It is quite thick in consistency, and it does suggest mixing with water or other liquids.
