I recently brought the book and thought I had the defective code issues. The problem is that it is not a scratch-off code; you must carefully peel the sticker off and hold it to a light to see the code. It worked perfectly for me. I hope this helps anyone who buys this book in the future.

I love the book. It really helps me study. However, I would love to be able to access on evolve. The code was not in the book, I purchased it new to get the hard copy and the code.

This book is great for the nclex and studying for it! It gives questions with rational and breaks down the question and explains why that's the right answer.

Answers should be hidden or somewhere back of book. However the Answers keys are all makred bright red color. No way you can try to solve questions first. The moment you buy you'll regret. Don't buy. Waste of time and money

I saw where people said there is no scratch off code like the older books and when you peel the sticker off there's no code. I used a flashlight and the code is on the sticker when you peel it off. Don't throw the sticker away! i used the flashlight on my phone and just laid the sticker over it and there it was! I entered it into the website and was able to redeem it!
