Peanuts by Jim Shore Charlie Brown and Snoopy Stone Resin Figurine, 4.125”

Yes, Charlies face-painting is not all THAT handsome but if we look at the cartoon drawings -his whole look isn't really intended to be natural, life-like, cool or even normal. Look at the shape of his head, and he is bald but for what look to be some wispy strands!!! Of course he would have sketchy looking features. LOL. Let's not get into his wardrobe (or lack thereof) except to say the artistry here is on point. Well in any event mine was fine - not uneven or anything that made me wish I hadn't ordered. Snoopy looks himself, nothing to add but if he had on some shades it'd be very Joe Cool. I may try to fashion him some Ray-Bans.They come well wrapped inside a decent gift box with a molded Styrofoam holder, and each piece is also bagged in plastic. They both have intaglio stamped signatures. Charlie had a cheap foil label that was easily removed without a trace before displaying (I have Snoopy gliding across in front of Charlie Brown, in a "T" formation making it look like Joe Cool tripping up the poor klutz).

Beautiful figures. They were a gift for my anniversary and my boyfriend loved them. He is a peanuts fan and these are beautifully crafted. Will need to get more. I contacted the seller and they were able to ship it out quickly to get to me in time! Thanks!

Charlie brown figure was painted poorly on the mouth- it was distorted. Right eye is half black. It looks runny and used.
