It works great for me. But this is how... I smoked for 15 years and I switch from smoking to vaping 5 years ago. Every 6 months I lowered my nicotine level until I hit 3ml. Once I finished my 3ml months, I made my own 1.5ml for a couple months and finally I went down to 0 ml. Ive been vaping nicotine free for 4 months now and this product is an easy switch for me because I dont need nicotine anymore. I suggest you try my method it was way easier than quitting cold turkey... try to vape nicotine free ejuice for a couple of months before you use this product. With all of that said. Its a great product, flavor is fine but they dont come with enough oil and you will definetly use it very quickly not like suggested. They got most of it perfect but forgot that vaping is mostly about flavors and they only send you a litte bit and leave you out to dry until you buy more caps / oils from them (that are currently sold out)... so based on that I give them a 3 star review. Once the have enough product so it doesnt run out or an oil store I will deffinetly change it to a 5 star.

This is by no means a replacement for vaping, but if you’re ready to quit and just miss that oral fixation and lung hit- this does the job. Granted I’m using nicotine pouches in conjunction, but when I just use the pouches my lungs are dying for that vape! I bought this a year ago and wasn’t ready to quit until this new year. Yesterday I wanted to hit a vape so bad, even though I had a pouch in, and I remembered I had the capnos. The oil had dried up so I just used some peppermint essential oil of my own and i gotta say, it really helped.I don’t think they provide enough oil for the price, that’s probably my negative feedback. It’s as if they didn’t really quality test the product and use it the way a real vape-addicted person would. But honestly, just use your own essential oil and you’re probably fine.I wasn’t a menthol vape person, but the mint really helps trick my lungs and throat into thinking I’m getting a vape hit. It’s worth a try, and it’s probably the best thing on the market for this addiction until someone comes out with something new, or capnos refines their own technology. You have to be ready to quit though, cause it’s not gonna feel like a vape- it’ll just help trick your mind and body into something you have to already be trying to do.

I purchased this a week after quitting nicotine, It’s a great product in terms of helping with the oral fixation. Good restriction on the pull and a very subtle menthol flavor.There are downsides, as a person who vaped, a lot, they do not provide enough menthol oil by any means. You receive a tiny little vial with about 6-8 droppers full, which i’m barley through the week and it’s almost gone. The flavor only lasts for about 2-4 hours depending on how much you inhale it. The replacement/backup oils are $13 a piece and come with a whole other mouth piece, which kind of isn’t needed unless you buy multiple flavors.The kit itself is $28-$30, the device you receive is a small, hollow, thin plastic clone of a vape and almost built very cheap. No electronics or anything involved.For its price point, and assumed extremely low manufacturing cost, you could provide a lot more essential oils for the product, I almost don’t want to use it anymore because of how quick you use the essential oils and having to shell out $13 repeatedly.I will add photos of the product soon with an update.

I ended up buying a bottle of food grade peppermint oil to use with this to extend it as long as I needed to use it. But..For the habit portion of a vaping addiction, this is very effective. It is embarrassing to use in public with the slight pop noise, so I had more motivation to use it less often. The flavor oil does not last very long, but the peppermint mimics a standard menthol flavored vape.Using this with additional methods to quit is what made it so effective for me. I would use this with nicotine gum, eventually phasing out the nicotine gum and only having to break the habit. I would recommend this for anyone serious about quitting.Used this product with gum for 2 weeks and I have been nicotine free for 2 months now.

I bought this to help me stop vaping. It was no help at all. It is a hollow piece of plastic with a piece of cotton on the inside that your put menthol flavor on. It doesn’t have a pull like a vape. It is just like sucking hardly flavored air through a straw. I threw it in the trash. It was a waste of my money.

The consent for this is a great idea I think that I could do it better tho. I vape a lot and I don’t se the point of the “pop” it’s really hard to do and makes a loud noise. I took the base of mine off and removed the rubber piece that pops. Took some tape and blocked off most of the airflow and it works way better. I actually feel like this product could help if designed the right way. It’s a little expensive for a piece of plastic but still cheaper than chemo. The flavour is okay I’m not really into mints but the orange is good. Overall I’d say buy it do what I did and give it a try

Was getting an irritated throat and coughing from this the weekend after buying. Plus the oils tend to leak in your mouth when you first fill the cotton tip. The idea is there definitely but it needs work

I tried to quit vaping using this product, and while it's not a bad product in and of itself, it just wasn't for me. You really gotta *rip* this thing to get it to pop, which I get. You want that nice, deep inhale and this will force you to do that, but it started to become almost exhausting after a couple 'drags'. Plus the mint flavor, while not offensive by any means, was not super pleasing. Just a subtle, sort of bitter, not sweet menthol-y flavor.While I didn't get the buzzing sound off of mine like some reviews have, the inhale sound itself is quite loud; much louder than vaping would be, so I can't imagine this would be very nice to use out in public unless you're outdoors or in a noisier area.Like I said, not a terrible product, I can see it working for some people, but it just wasn't what worked for me unfortunately.
