Crochet Patterns for Halter Tops

This book is deceiving. It says patterns. BUT it’s only one pattern with add on’s. It’s for beginners but it does not say that. I expect to see more then one pattern. I have made ten crochet tops for my granddaughter and they are my own pattern and was running out of ideas so I order this book. But I am sooo disappointed to find it has a pattern so easy made. . This may seem hard but the book is deceiving. I may return it or give it to a beginner. Changes the name on the front to ( Beginners crochet pattern for a halter top. Then it would not be deceiving. I gave it one star only because it looks good on the front of the book.

I thought it would be several different halter types but really just one with different embellishments added to it. I learned what I needed and am on to others.

Great book for beginners! Instructions are step by step and pictures to follow through.

So excited when this arrived today. Whoever wrote this book, or proof read it certainly didn't check it works. It takes you from the intial square (very well decribed) to a full cup with NO explanation at all on how to get to the full cup. I want my money back and I would NOT recommend this to anyone!

Handy booklet for the basic halter top - great to start out on I should think. Very clear and precise instructions. Great booklet to fire the imagination and use up scraps. I like it.
