I already feel my posture improving!

on the whole I like the chair, The knee pad could be a bit larger. I think is takes a lot of trying before you figure out the fit of a chair. I do like the height adjustment. But the distance between the seat and knee pads are adjustable by way of a bolt. Which is not east ti get to. I have one at work which has a larger knee pad and it is a little more comfortable. But overall I is a good little knee chair.

Worst purchase I've ever made. My legs fall asleep all the time. By the time I came to the realization it's not me, it's the chair, it was too late to return. Don't waste your money.

I tried using this chair for a few months before giving up. It causes strain in my legs and a lot of pressure where you sit. I ended up with tingling and numbness in my thigh. I switched back to a regular chair and the issues have subsided. Customer service is responsive, however because I kept the chair for a few months I couldn’t return it which is understandable but disappointing.
