The media could not be loaded.  Great product, and easy to put figure out, but a little harder to get the balloons on the strip to make the arch. Didn't even use all the bits, as there were so many, but the cactus and letter balloons, would be better with helium - so needs some planning. I didn't have any, so just inflated them, and hung them as best I could. Fast delivery, and will definitely use them again!
