Not super impressed
For Chef Paul Prudhomme’s product not real impressed. Has a bit of a bite, and I understand it has a lot of Parmesan which can be a little musty but really not much else. I'll use it but not a fan.

I've been using these specific spices for 24 years!
I first found these Chef Paul spices in the grocery store. When I couldn't find them, I started buying them online but I had to buy them along with other spices that I didn't really want. One day, many, many years ago, I found them here on Amazon. So now, I buy enough to share. Why keep something so versatile a secret?I spice up my eggs, veggies and many other foods and salads with the Herbal blend and both on my pasta, pizza, garlic toast and so many other dishes/foods. Give a set to nesters who move into their first apartment or home.
