Best summed up as a firat-class read. Interesting for its comments on sociology and the politics of management.

Excellent product, very well developed and easy to follow. Surely a recommendable one to all, even if some part are nowadays deamed obsolete...but the world is changing so fast...!A must-have book in any Manager library.
