Lots of good information but not indexed in the way I my mind looks for answers to specific issues. Now that I have stumbled on to the answer I should go back to see how the topic was handled.

This looks like a bunch of bad photo copies piled together in a book. Not at all useful , I would suggest looking for something else. Very poor set up and lacks in useful explanations.
