Smoked Wild Alaskan Salmon Chowder (One 12 oz. pouch)

This is a very good chowder. It has smoked salmon, potatoes and spices. Just add milk or cream, a small salad and some crusty bread and you have a great lunch or light supper. It's great to have on the shelf for when you need something easy and quick to fix. I haven't found another salmon chowder that is any better. I only gave it four stars because I wish there was more in each package.

OMG! IT IS AMAZING!@I usually HATE Salmon, especially SMOKED Salmon - blech! But my husband insisted I try this.??😯😟 When I saw that he wanted me taste it STRAIGHT OUT OF THE POUCH, I seriously hesitated. I even made him take TWO more bites before I would. Lol*** WOW. UM.... WOW. This soup (bisque?) is absolutely wonderful. Yes, Right out of the pouch (not heated and nothing added to it - LITERALLY with a plastic spoon right out if the pouch ***Fyi - When he did heat it up, he did so on the stovetop. Adding approximately 1/2-1/3 Cup Non-Dairy Creamer - REGULAR, UNFLAVORED. Nothing else.YUM!!!

ok so I could live on this and the ale house clam chowder all winter. its true. add in some homemade whole grain bread.

i love this, 1 pkg (with milk) makes 2 tasty meals! I serve with english muffins and marmalade.

I frequently give this as a gift particularly to older relatives. So much more appreciated than flowers, etc. Note that the person who gave 1 star likes the product and probably misunderstood the scale.

My daughter and I bought this is Washington and ate it on a camping trip; it was so delicious! I was hoping to recreate that memory and so glad I can get it through Amazon. And with a four year shelf life, it's great for emergency food kit too.
