I appreciate having a melatonin product that has not only quality ingredients, but is easy to take and dose for the whole family. We need very low doses for most in this house, when we do need it only 1-3mg usually does the trick. I can easily give the lowest needed dose to everyone, no need for them to know how to swallow. The flavor is pleasant and the tablets really do dissolve fast. Will definitely buy again!

These are ok, the taste and value are good. For whatever reason they don't seem to work as well to help me get to sleep even when I take 2 or 3.

Some nights I'll have a ton of difficulty sleeping. I tried all sorts of sleeping pills/gummies/melts which would kind of work, making me feel somewhat tired, only to snap back and feel like I had a shot of caffeine.I was mainly interested in this because of the quantity you get for the price. Many bottles try to sell only a handful of doses for the exact same price as this one. And I was so glad that these worked.All I need is a single 1mg pill that I end up biting and let melt on my tongue right before laying down. If I don't immediately close my eyes to try to sleep but browse my phone or watch TV, within 30 minutes I start to feel tired. Then, I'm completely out and sleep soundly through the night. And this has been consistent for every time I've taken one to help me sleep.And it's not just myself. My girlfriend really likes these, and notices their effect. Additionally, my dad also has trouble sleeping, and said that he has run into the same issue as I did where nothing seems to help. I let him try these, and next thing I hear is that he ordered some for himself. It's a small sample size, but these truly do work and are an amazing bargain compared to all the others on the market.

Kids like them an helps them get to sleep withing 30 mins of taking them. On those restless nights where they don't want to fall asleep they help a lot.

I am so glad that the 1mg is still available online since it has been very difficult to locate in the brick and mortar stores now. My hunt is over and I will continue to purchase this in the future. A well rested sleep without the groggy effects in the morning.

Very affordable if you don’t have the money to get something different. But the taste is gross and I don’t recommend.
