But works great on everything else. **Q: Will this ruin the finish on a pizza soapstone?** A: Joanne, I'd be concerned about ruining the finish unless there is a spot you can test it on like an underside. Goof Off is more powerful than 409 Cleanser. Have you been treating your soapstone with mineral oil? If Goof Off does dull the finish, perhaps a light coating of mineral oil would restore it.
