Q: What is the difference between "color" and "color20"?

I am not sure what "color20" means with these shirts. I do have several of them and they make a great "under" layer for outdoor or other activity.

Q: what is the arm length for each size?

Not sure but fit was same as any other medium shirt

Q: How warm are these? They say "thermal". However, they look extremely thin.

They are very thin but very comfortable. Great as a base layer with “something” over them. I use them for outdoor workouts with a T shirt over them if temps are in the 40s. If below 40, I typically have it on under a sweatshirt or something equivalent to that. I wouldn’t wear it as a stand alone without anything else. Would be good as base layer for hiking/camping, but, again, with something over them. I love these things so much I have a huge stack of them. Good for causal wear with a T shirt or something else over it if it’s a tad cold outside.
