Tastes like candy

Works for adults too
I've been buying this for my kids for quite a while. I recently had a stubborn upset stomach for about 5 days, every time I would eat I would rush to the bathroom after. Forget about dairy, even lactose free products were a no no and things were not improving at all. At the end of a particularly bad day where nothing was tolerated well, I went home and ate one. I felt better an hour later so I kept up with it the next day. I started chewing one of these in the am and before meals (about 2 -3 a day) and by the end of day 2 I was back to tolerating dairy well. I haven't had any issues since. I'm switching to these for my probiotic.

Great taste for kids
