It’s a little smaller than I thought it would be but it works great. It’s smaller than my chef’s knife and larger than my paring knife. It’s a great medium sized knife. It matches my other knives.

It’s nice and cuts well. It’s all one piece so easy to wash. It’s sharp but has dulled slightly after a relatively short period of use. But I will sharpen it and keep using it.

Great value for cost.

I love it. It’s a good weight. Feels good in my hand, nice and sharp. I have a habit of sticking my pointer finger out during cutting. The back of the knife will always cut into my finger. The back of this knife is polish so I won’t be cutting my finger. I feel much safer now. I looked for a knife that the handle and blade is all one piece because I had a horrific experience with the old knife. I was cutting into a onion, pulling the knife out, the blade went flying across the kitchen. It flew right by my face, near my eye. Scare the sh_t out of me !!!!! My hands was shaking afterwards. Can’t even imagine what could have happened !!! I am so glad a found a knife like this !!

time will tell how sharpness lasts

I love these knives. I also bought a three piece set and I feel I now have a great collection of extremely sharp and wonderful knives. They are very affordably priced too.

"It will cut" in my Forged in FIRE voice lol. But seriously, this little knife is kinda cool. I have small hands so it initially felt bulky but after using it the past few weeks it is a sharp lil sucka ! It is very lightweight which was alot different than the knife I was replacing but again don't be fooled by this...the knife is proving to be a powerhouse cutter and precision pairing too. I recommend it.

I bought this knife set after reading so many positive reviews. However my experience is completely different. The knives weren't very sharp from the beginning and after using for a couple of months, the blades have gone completely blunt to a point that it hurts my hand after using. The handles are slippery and I have to keep wiping them off. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't buy again.
