The media could not be loaded.  The instructions were not that clear or am I a bit dense, to remove front panel these screws are to the right in the two recessed at the top. Really bought primarily as a decoration as we really don’t use fire that often but it’s there and trying it out blows hot air from front, good if like us you have a TV above. Replaces old ( and broken gas fire) and provides a nice focal point in the room. Easy to install when you found the retaining screws. Elegant looking and extremely reasonable in price. The dogs love it

Looks fantastic, heat output is great and thermostatically controlled. The heater is a little loud when it kicks in but probably won't notice if TV is on etc. Remote could be a bit more simplified too. Overall happy with the product and especially with how much it was compared to competitors.

This is a lovely fire. Heat output is brilliant and the different flame effects are beautiful. Really easy to install

I have found this fire for the price and had an engineer to fit it.It is basically a nice fire for the price.I cannot print a receipt off, so just saved it on my computer.The problem is the remote control which is small. I have finally released the battery.So IF you buy this fire and cannot get the battery out, there is a small clip at the bottomOf the control on the back, It is tiny and hardly see it. Then the battery slides out next to clip,Nice fire easy controls and lovely flame effect. Glad I solved the problem myself,

The item came with the screen smashed was the couriers fault I think but the company was so helpful offered me a refund but I wanted the fire and they were very quick to replace it excellent customer service and I'm very happy with the fire
