I like answering these questions, helps to unfold your life and figure things out in a positive way. Nit much room to write so I use a note book to answer each dailly question and i keep my journal new, its a win win for me.

Maybe It's Me
Maybe I expected too much. The book is good, the questions are good but if I knew the answers to many of the questions I wouldn't need the book. It's not that kind of book. Not self help or instead of something more intense. It's more like a diary for someone who has their life in order and just needs to clarify or understand themselves a tiny, little bit better. I think it would be awesome for that audience. Not for someone needing to do deeper research into themselves. Sadly, thumbs down for me.

Great for beginners learning journaling and self exploration
I'm a therapist using this book for myself for fun and my own relaxation. I'm enjoying it and would best describe it as perfect for someone just starting to journal or to explore their own self-care habits....something we all can use more of after living through 2020-2021!

If you're struggling, GET THIS BOOK and feel better soon
I'm a tad picky. But this book is amazing. So amazing that my therapist is now picking up a copy for herself to learn new ways to engage with her clients.Doesn't make you over think. It's based daily/weekly. Each "section" has 7 questions. Is set up to be done daily, but can be done weekly.Each section is a theme such asHealthy livingGoals and purposeCalm and resiliencyEtcThe author did an amazing job. It doesn't take long to complete. It's quick but gets your mind thinking, but about you. You need to take care of yourself to be able to take care of others. This is a great workbook to help you focus on that.
