The hinge or top of the item is very loose, you can swing it open with a flick of your wrist. However, the burs are in there nice and solidly because of the blue rubber gaskets that hold them in place. I don't mind the loose hinge - it is either closed when not in sure or autoclaved and it's open when you're using it. If it was tighter I would give this a 5 star. I like that they can be autoclaved and the different colors can be used for different doctors or different types of burs. The item came quickly as promised, seller did a great job. Very competitive price.

The cover is loose like other reviews mention. But the bur block is supposed to stay packaged until used anyway so the sterilization package keeps it closed anyway. Works for my office
