I got this for a trip I went on. I have a Nikon D3200 that I didn't want to carry in it's seperate case or around my neck all day. This bag fit my camera easily with a medium sized lense, my matching KAVU wallet, and a few other small necessities. Very comfortable and made of a durable canvas. The interior lining is a typical cheap nylon shell, but I expected that. I loved it and it adjusts to be nice and long for a crossover or a shorter shoulder. The two exterior pockets were great for metro tickets, change, and other small odds and ends.

The fit of the bag was not very satisfying, kind of weak and awkward. The print was too pale. I bought it in November, maybe in May it would look better! But these Kavu bags are all great quality, they just have lots of choices. I ended up with the sidewinder, which is more rectangular shaped. The sturdy good quality cotton fabric and the well-placed zippered pockets that make you feel so organized are such great features on all these Kavu bags.

I bought this as a travel purse for a recent trip to Iceland and it was great. It was just the right size to hold everything. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a travel purse.

This is an extremely well-made product; handy compartments, zippers that don't stick, lined, sturdy good-quality exterior material. My only complaint is that the strap doesn't seem to be adjustable.

I was looking all over for a versatile purse. Kavu makes fabulous products and this one is right up to par. It is made with extremely sturdy material (100% cotton). The interior is made of some sort of plastic materail (it isn't plastic, I'm not sure what it is) but I even put a few beers in this bag along with a couple ice packs. The beers stayed cold and the bag stayed in tact. What little condensation collected, it was easy to pat out with a towel. It didn't seep through to the cotton. I wouldn't use this as a cooler with ice but it was perfect for a few hours in the park. Very versatile bag and big enough to fit my nalgene along with many other items. Love this bag!!

I am one of those people who gets sick of bags and needs a new bag every year. NOT ANYMORE! I've found it, the one I was meant to be with after all these years. Vintage Posey and I were married a couple months ago and I haven't looked back. It has the perfect pockets. The big one in front is for my big wallet, and the little one in back is for my cell phone. Then there's a small one on the inside for lady products and such. I love big bags, but can't stand when they're all floppy and you have to dig through them aimlessly hoping to find something. This one is a sturdy canvas material that doesn't just turn into a blob when you set it down. And there were some complaints about the quality of the lining, I think it's great. It's thin, but not flimsy, forest green, and it's not even really necessary other than to keep your bag clean and water resistant, yes and yes. It has metal clips and not cheap plastic ones to adjust the length of the strap, and oh, also a nice touch, the zipper is inverted, so you can't see it- quality. I don't see this falling apart any time soon, and when, and if it does, after a proper grieving period, I'll be ordering a new one. Bravo Kavu. This company was recommended by a friend. The purse is incredibly durable. The fabric was stiff at first, but after a week it was more comfortable. It washes up nicely and the pockets are perfect. It can be worn as a cross body or shoulder bag.
