Is this product suppose to be a bit runny??

I don’t know if it’s “supposed” to be runny, but it is. It’s not firm in the pot, but more like a lotion or creme that could be put in a squeeze tube. But, it seems to work well, and the scent is nice.

Is it an exfoliating cream too and is there a smell of lavender?

It’s not exfoliate and don’t smell like lavender it smells mint instead.
