The media could not be loaded. These chains were perfect to hang things from the drop ceiling in my booth. I wanted something I could hang birdfeeders and other things on, but the ceiling was too high, so I found these and I hooked them onto the metal sections of the dropped type ceiling and then I was able to hang on my birdfeeders in my booth. They were easy to install, they look great And they are sturdy enough to hold even the heavier birdfeeders and bird houses that weigh a bit more.
