Does not necessarily take the pimple away but it does ease the pain and reduce the inflammation. I have also noticed the redness is decreased. I can't use things with salicylic acid normally so this is the best spot treatment I have tried.

It's very effective at reducing inflammation and redness, but it didn't extract the gunk out of my pimples, so I use it for nodules that are painful and don't have a white head. It doesn't irritate the skin.

Ordene de la página April skin y tardo varios días en llegar estaba trabajando bien se notaba la diferencia , luego vi que Amazon lo vendía y llegaba más rápido … no vi diferencia como al principio .. tal vez los productos estaban más rancios .. anyway .. no lo pediría de nuevo por aquí
