It's a multivitamin. Cats won't go near it!
This was "prescribed" by a vet as part of a kitchen-sink regimen of various medications for a gum infection that one of our cats had, which the vet neither tested nor diagnosed. Most of the prescribed meds were liquids or pills we had to force on him, which is a traumatic process for a cat. The exceptions were an antibiotic injection (spoiler: this cured it), and this powder. That backstory is to say, the vet didn't know what the illness was, and sort of threw everything available at the problem. Maybe that's cheaper than running tests. Of everything prescribed, this is the one thing that the cat(s) absolutely would not touch.Firstly, it's a multivitamin: just "a little of everything," but for cats. Heads up: if your cat has a vitamin deficiency, it needs a dietary adjustment, or at worst, *just* that 1 vitamin. Taking a multivitamin is, at best, taking the one thing you need, and a dozen or more things that you don't.Secondly, dosing: "dust the cat's food." This is as vague as dosages can get, and it's also problematic if you have multiple cats. And let's face it: you're reading Amazon reviews of cat vitamins, so it's a good bet that you do.This means you'll be dosing *all* of your cats, at a rate of "whatever." This would be a bigger problem, except that your cats will probably go on a hunger strike in response, as mine did. We tried to hide this stuff in so many ways, brought out the top shelf wet food, everything. I should add that our cats are highly food motivated, and are NOT picky eaters. They absolutely would not touch anything that had been in contact with any amount of this stuff.Save your money, and don't dose your cat with random supplements. They won't take it anyway.

Not for CKD cats!
This is high in Phosphorus. When kidneys are not working properly, it stores in the cats liver and can cause serious issues. My cat has not gotten bettet, worse as a matter of fact. She had CKD and diabetes. I wouldn't recommend using this with cats that have either condition. I had to mix this with canned food and syringe. The smell is very strong, she wouldn't touch it. It's expensive for what you get. I stopped using after 5 days. I was hopeful, but disappointed.

Improves my Kitty's "Cat-a-tude"
This product was originally supplied by my vet to boost kitty's lethargic life. When I ran out, the vet cost of this was extremely high, so I was so happy to see this finally sold outside of veterinary office. I give one package each morning with wet food, and kitty's health, coat and personality has remarkably improved.Kitty loves the flavor and wakes me up early in the morning so she can get her breakfast (her dose of Immune health). This has been a very beneficial method of Kitty getting vitamins & nutrients necessary for her well being

Vet recommended.
I was taking my cats into the vet every 6-8 weeks for a shot. They gets sneezy and snotty. One cat willingly eats it but the other one usually shys way from food that I used it on. The one cat that eats it is fine and the other will be going in for a shot, again. Worth the money instead of taking the cat to the vet.

Supposed to improve cats immune system..
Recommend by my veterinarian for my kitty who had eye problem supposedly related to viral infection…after 2 different vets and slightly different assessments and other treatments my kitty improved fairly dramatically. I kept giving this to her and she “doesn’t” seem to have a problem now. I hope that I can credit this stuff but it’s not exactly clear…since I had no other solution I used it…so “after” a vet visit, preferably a veterinarian specialist in eyes, yes use it.
