Im confused...does this product come with 4 or 6 items? The picture shows 6 and the comments seem to lean towards 6. But the description says 4??

My organization bought a pack about a year ago, and I'm pretty sure it was a 6-pack, as shown in the picture. Maybe it's been shrunk from 6 to 4?
