Great product but leaf broke after two months, can it be replaced by Amazon?

I love the look of this. It is so gorgeous sitting near my sink but I'm so afraid it's going to fall apart and get ugly after reading some nasty reviews after I purchased it...I sure hope not. Update: Okay I have had this since January and it is still in perfect condition. Never been a problem. Of course, I don't have small children to ruin it, LOL.

The piece is absolutely beautiful, but not practical. Whole roll of towel spins on a poll if you pull the end to get just a few sections of a towel.
