Works very well for massaging pressure points that are normally hard or even impossible to reach. I get a lot of pain right along the inner edge of my shoulder blade, and this allows to me massage that point easily! Now I won’t have to keep asking my partner for a massage hahaha. I can control the amount of pressure applied, which is so nice. It comes apart in two pieces, which make storing or taking it with you somewhere so easy. But that doesn’t reduce its stability when put together and in use. This is a great price for a great quality product.

Honestly love this. I ordered it with the hope that it would help me with my back and shoulders but honestly doubted how effective it would be. Turns out it works super well! Took me a little experimentation to figure out the best ways to use it but now I can work on the knots in my shoulders and back- such a relief. I’d been able to work out knots in my shoulders before but it killed my hands. So grateful to have a solution! Simple idea but really effective.

This can get to any spot you could possibly have. It allows you to get to places you can't reach but be able to control the pressure very easily and precisely.

I bought this after trying my friends. His style was a little less pointy for the part you use to get out knots by your scapula/lower and mid traps. I like this style but it can just be a bit rough and intense. Just something to be aware of when purchasing. The Build quality is pretty sturdy but it does have a little bit of give to it. Overall highly functional and worth the money.

Great self therapy tool for at home or office use. So easy to snap together and very sturdy. Design allows you to get to multiple spots on your body with ease. Not too big and bulky but big enough to make a difference on your body. Very light weight too.

I compared a lot of these products so I don’t get good value. I was surprised when I opened it and it’s thicker than I expected and it seems durable. When you snap the pieces together it also seems solidly attached. The large nubs on the side is also good to hit some specific trigger points. 2 for the price is awesome so my wife and I both get one for our desks during long work hours.I’ll update after using it for awhile if it breaks like some reviews said happens.

I tried a different brand of "massage cane" that belonged to a friend and LOVED IT. Found this one and ordered it thinking it was a good value, but I discovered that it doesn't work well at all on a small frame. Both of the hooks are far too big (I'm 5'3.5" 130 pounds) for the cane to really hook onto my body and work as intended. I'd return it but it comes in two pieces and you can't get them apart once you've hooked them together. Will probably give it to a friend.
