The shirt is soft and arrived "as ordered". However, they are very explicit in crucial sizing instructions that these shirts are boxy instead of fitted and "run bigger than your regular size". They state that you should order UNDER your normal size. This is NOT TRUE that you should order smaller than normal size just because style is looser. I ordered a medium for my wife based on these instructions when she is mostly medium, but sometimes likes looser fitting for tee shirts. The shirt is definitely too snug and small for her. The information about the item indicates that it can be "returned if damaged or defective". However, when I tried to exchange for bigger size (I consider incorrect size to be a defect), the immediate response provided (automatically) was "this item is ineligible for return" without even asking for a reason. So I was misinformed by the information provided by the company on 2 issues (sizing and returns) and we are stuck with an unusable (by my wife) garment. Be aware of this situation as you determine your appropriate size and DON'T DOWNSIZE from your normal size!
