Good quality shock cord at a good price
Bought this to make a harness to carry things on the outside of my backpack and it worked perfectly. 17 ft. is the perfect length for two packs. It was a little difficult to get the two ends through the toggle I had on hand, which was sized for 3 mm cord, so I think the diameter of this is very slightly more than the 3 mm stated, but I still managed to get them through. Quality seems well made and there's a good amount of stretch. Will probably spring for a longer roll next time since this cord comes in handy for a lot of different things but in the meantime I'm happy with this purchase.

Stronger then thought
Elastic cord stronger then thought, purchased to hold bin liner in place, used like a big elastic band around outer edge of actual bin, prior to bin day. Great buy.
