I bought this humidifier a few months ago and it’s great. Easy to use and easy to fill. Large capacity lasts 24 hours. Unfortunately the atomizer stopped working recently. I contacted the company and without hesitation or hassle, they sent me a replacement and no need to return the broken part. So happy with the after care service! I wish every company was so responsive!

Update....The company recently sent me a replacement unit after only 3 days! Should arrive early next week and I will be elated!!EXCELLENT customer service!!!Used this humidifier for 2 months, it worked great other than the temperature being in C instead of F.!! No biggie I thought!!Then stored it in the closet until a few weeks ago. When I filled it with water, it was leaking. I thought I over filled till the next time when we filled it again. Large crack up the side and upon further inspection, there were cracks all around it. We sealed those up, now it started just giving off a fog instead of a mist. Looking at the bottom of the top unit, it has cracks too!!! VERY VERY disappointed!

It is a very good humidifier. Very easy to use and the sleep mode is awesome. The one I bought had some issue after 3 months of use, and I contacted their customer service. They replied in only one day and sent me a new one. Very effective and reliable customer service. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a humidifier.

This is about as good as this type of humidifier gets. It has a very large capacity for several days operation even on higher settings. All functions works well with the remote or controls on the humidifier itself. It is very quiet, even on high settings. I purchased three but returned one because it started making some noise which was not noticeable during daytime operation but was too much for me at night because I am a light sleeper; the other two did not have that problem.

Runs quietly and easy to fill and clean. It did stop working after about 6 months but there customer service was very easy to work with and quickly sent out a replacement without any problems .

I was really happy with how well this made my entire 800sqft apartment smell when I used the essential oil compartment on this humidifyer. That feature is what sold me on this over other options.It also is a very good humidifyer but performs better with the door closed if its placed somewhere like a bedroom. When I got this initially I had the door open and it didnt do a whole lot, but considering Im in socal and the humidity can be like 7% some days that isn't surprising. However with doors and windows closed a single room can easily be brought up to 50% humidity with this!On a side note, I did have a malfunction with my unit a few months after having it and after sending video and contacting support they sent me a replacement so I would highly reccomend this product just because they were willing to refund/replace under the year warrantly this product had!

I like that the humidifier is big enough to service a large bedroom. It is very efficient and that you can set the speed of the emission. There is a remote that comes with it if you are in bed and want to turn it off or back on. It needs to be filled about every three days if it is set on low. After one week, it needs to be cleaned with a sponge that was included in the order. It is not hard to clean as you just wipe with the sponge which disinfects the tank. I ordered a separate room thermometer, which shows both temperature and humidity. This actually shows me when I need to run the humidifier. I have only had this about 2 months, but appears to be durable.
