Cuts Down on Cleanup!
This sleeved bib is awesome! It’s perfect for my son who just started eating solids and can get super messy. I was worried about it being too big at first, but it’s easily adjustable and fits my 5 month old (15 lbs, 25 inches) really well. I can easily wipe it down after he eats, or even quickly scrub in the sink using dish soap. To clean more in-depth I wash it in the laundry machine once a week and it comes out looking like new. This has saved so many outfits from my messy little eater. I also love the variety of fun prints this comes in, so cute!

Works as described
This bib is a lifesaver!! It protects clothes from getting completely covered in food. Some food can still fall down the front of the bib, but it's SO much better than a regular bib. The elastic sleeves help keep the baby's sleeves clean too. You can roll up the shirt sleeves before putting the bib on and that helps as well. Just be sure to check the bib pockets for food crumbs when washing! Sometimes food falls in there :) The bib fabric is a little thin, but it does the job. I've used it for several months now, and it's held up well. It's easy to wipe off when finished. I've gotten lots of compliments on it!

Great bib
Easy to use clean, covers most of the baby. A little loose in the neck, I had to tie it really tight to get it anywhere close to covering her.

Stylish and functional but opted for silicon bibs
I purchased the Bumkins Sleeved Bib in April 2022, and it has lived up to its visual appeal. The colors match the advertised image, and it effectively prevented my child from staining their clothes during meals. However, the constant cleaning and washing of the fabric became cumbersome for me.I later switched to silicone bibs for their convenience — easy to wash and quick to dry. The Bumkins bib, resembling an apron, is versatile for messy activities like painting or crafting. I’ll attach a photo to showcase its current state. One drawback is the inner lining, which started peeling. I eventually removed it, and the bib continued to function well without it. It’s worth noting that the elastic cuffs felt slightly tight on the wrists. In summary, the Bumkins Sleeved Bib is aesthetically pleasing and serves its purpose, but I found silicone bibs more practical for my needs.

Most used registry item
We started using this bib at 6m old when my baby started baby led weaning. She is now 18m old and we STILL use it! It rinses off in the sink so well with some dish soap, we hang it up between meals, and it dries very fast. Then at the end of the day we toss it in the laundry. We have 2 and that's plenty using this method. For more messy things like oatmeal or cereal we place a plain bib over top around her neck. That's the only place we have seen food sneak past this bib- if her neckline of her shirt gets exposed a bit.

Very well designed bib! Here are a few tips when using it...
We have been very happy owners of the Bumkins bibs for our daughter, starting with the baby version and then the "Superbib" (both are sleeveless). However, as she progressed to eating with her hands and then with a spoon, her messes outgrew the ability of both of those bibs to handle them. Especially when eating applesauce, yogurt, or similar foods, most of what didn't make it into her mouth would end up all over her arms or down around her thighs. This bib addresses 99% of that spillover. Here is what makes this such a great bib and why I find it superior to others:1) Despite how large it is, it is soft, very lightweight, and completely waterproof. We tried several other large-pocket bibs were made of silicone-like material, and they were just too stiff to be comfortable, especially in the neck area. It made me uncomfortable just looking at her in those!2) The sleeves provide full coverage of the arms, but better still, the sleeves have elastic at their ends which forms a little "seal" around your little one's wrists -- not tight, but snug enough to prevent even the most tenacious of applesauce globs from getting inside the sleeves. Major score here.3) There is a large pocket that can catch a lot of dropped food... but see the tips below!4) The bib secures behind the neck with ties, not velcro or snaps. We have some velcro bibs as well, and our daughter discovered that she could rip them off with gusto when she felt she was finished eating. Though I can't deny the dramatic effect the gesture had, it typically resulted in food being flung across the kitchen, which was not ideal. Better, we decided, for her bib to stay put until we could remove it in a controlled fashion, and the ties on this bib prevent such theatrics (and messes). So when do we use this bib? If our daughter is just having a snack in her high chair, like some Goldfish crackers and pieces of fruit, the sleeveless Bumkins Superbib does an admirable job. But if she is going to eat just about anything involving a spoon, or foods that can be messy like applesauce, this bib gets called into action. It's a workhorse of a bib, but there are definitely a few things you can do to maximize its effectiveness:1) As I mentioned above, the bib's pocket is cavernous, but it is attached to the front of the bib at its center, which unfortunately means it does not stick out to catch food very well. We found that most of what dropped from the spoon bypassed the pocket and ended up in our daughter's lap. We fixed this problem by snipping the threads holding the pocket to the bib, allowing the pocket to billow forth in all its glory and trap those pesky food drippings.2) When you secure the ties behind your little one's neck, make sure you draw the front of the bib up fairly high, so the front "collar" is beneath the chin; if you don't, the runnier foods can easily dribble right down beneath the bib. Note that I'm not saying to tie it tightly! You can pull the front of the bib up high but still have some slack in the ties.3) When you go to remove the bib at the conclusion of a meal, take it off slowly and carefully! Remember that cavernous pocket I talked about? Turns out it can hold an enormous amount of food, and if you aren't careful when you remove the bib you may regret it. I'm embarrassed to say I made this mistake several times.Bottom line: We have been very impressed with the quality, functionality, and sturdiness of the Bumkins line of bibs, and this sleeved version is well worth its price.

Bib
This is one of the best bibs I ever tried. It covers pretty much the top of the baby and catches the food that falls. You still going to need a bib to catch some liquid from the neck

Easily washable
This product is perfect if you’re starting your baby on solids. We Started our 4 month old on solids per his pediatricians request and prior to purchasing it was a complete mess and very stressful. Now they we have this smock we just throw it in the wash and it’s a super easy clean up. I highly recommend for parents starting their babies on solids. You won’t regret it!Plus the design is so joyful and cute!

Easy to clean and dry
This works great - covers the baby’s sleeves totally so she can get messy and not wreak her clothes. Love that it’s so thin because it dries quickly after washing and we can use it more than once in the same day. Looks like we’ll be able to use it for a long time as it’s so big!

Not the same quality as one bought in store
Bought one of these at local store, loved it so ordered this one off Amazon. The packaging appears to be the same as the one I previously purchased but the quality of the bib is terrible. One of the elastics in the sleeve has come undone. The material is different on this one and after washing it the back started peeling away so now my baby gets soaked wearing it as it no longer repels any water. I would not purchase this.

Los mejores baberos
La mejor marca de baberos, duran un montón, tela muy fácil de lavar y se seca en muy poco tiempo.El único mega contra es el precio de algunos modelos que es absurdo (mayor a mil pesos)…

Functional
This bib came exactly as described. I like the elastics on the sleeves as it keeps arms clean. The material is easy to clean for every day messes and can even be put in the wash when needed. The only thing I find a bit aggravating is that the material is loose on my 8 month old, so I have to keep pulling it down so she can eat comfortably, but since the bib is supposed to be used from babies 6 month to toddlers of two years, the size makes sense and I am sure she will grow into it.
