I’ve been using WeightWorld Ashwagandha KSM-66 1500mg and have been very happy with the results. It’s helped i can't really say how much (I'd have to stop taking them & i am not going too) I’ve also noticed better sleep and more balanced energy levels. Doing tablets not exactly once a day (ADHD is a pain) but when I take consistently, there's a little less chaos in the brain and a bit more zen.

Since taking these, the best thing I've noticed is how positive I've been. I'd say they work far better at lifing your mood than St John's Wort. Well worth trying

Funciona. Además este envase tiene para mucho tiempo. Después de que se acabe el bote recomiendan dejar de tomarlo como un mes antes de seguir de nuevo. Yo soy enfermero y lo recomiendo.
