OK these are some serious cameras. They're more effort to install than the rechargeable wireless cameras but after that you get incredible picture quality and no having to charge batteries every few weeks.The picture quality is superb day and night, really clear. Also I love the rugged but subtle design. They mean business but don't look unsightly on the house. Also having an SD card slot securely inside each camera means you get a recording even if it loses its network connection for any reason. OK so it's not going to be easy to get to, but you'd only need to after some kind of serious event like a break-in so I think it's a sensible arrangement.Others have mentioned how they don't come with a power supply - that's because they're designed to be run via PoE (power over ethernet) so power and the network connection are delivered via the same cable. You need a PoE capable switch to use this feature, but it's really convenient only having to run a single cable to each camera. The 12v input is another option but really PoE is the way to go.In summary, they're superb. If you want really good quality cameras, these are very much up to the job.

The cameras a brilliant, sound and image really clear . But the system to return up if like meYour not a computer geek can be frustrating . The instructions included are basic at best and on lineAre far more comprehensive. I suppose any system would be the same to set up .

Cameras arrived in individual boxes and with it's own tools (allen key, wall fixings, ethernet cord protection cap and instruction).I was looking for plug to connect these cameras to main power but there were none, checked both boxes.. that's strange as usually cameras come with power supply... usual cord with plug.Ethernet connection let's us control it and have access to the recordings via the app ANNKE VISION APP on your smartphone. All family members can get the app and have access to it.These cameras looks well built and they have a lot to offer including great night vision, clear picture, real time recording.The cameras can be installed on ceiling or side of the house. Instruction advises how to do it for both types of installations. Camera is heavy and you can tell that it's good.

I was kindly sent this product for free in exchange for an honest review.These cameras are great, crystal clear quality, easy to set up and control. However, when it asks you to scan a QR code it actually means a standard barcode!Once you download the app you're good to go, you can have the app on multiple devices so more than one person can monitor the videos.There isn't a light on them to show that they're recording but that doesn't really matter as once you set them up you won't ever need to turn them off.These are mains powered without a battery backup.I had a question and the support team were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, my problem was resolved within a matter a minutes.The camera's haslve worked perfectly even when it's been raining, it still has crystal clear pictures.I would definitely recommend these camera's to anyone who needs CCTV.
