Excellent quality. I took a piece of this and two other pieces of so-called contractor grade lawn fabric from the big box stores, nailed them to a board and let them sit outdoors for a year. After a year the Big box store fabric ripped like paper when pulled on and this stuff was still like brand new and impossible to rip with both hands. This fabric is a little more spendy but is worth the price. It's hard to find quality like this anymore.
