Recommended by my healthcare physician. This is probably my 3rd or 4th bottle. It doesn't mess with my stomach and it is supposed to help with my sleep. The BisGlycinate is the important addition to the magnesium per my physician. I guess it helps you to absorb the magnesium???

I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks and it has really helped improve my sleep at night.

I take a capsule before bed and my sleep has increased dramatically, from 6-8 hrs! Even if I wake up to use the bathroom, I can get back to sleep, something that wasn’t happening before!

The picture for this product shows a full 100% magnesium (bis-Glycinate) not a blend, I received a blend of magnesium oxide and cleated Glycinate, not sure why the picture was used to show 100% magnesium bis-Glycinate when I was going to receive a blend instead. The proprietary blend hides the actual dosage you’re actually suppose to get(again, it’s a blend so it’s buffered with a cheap form, without knowing any of the actual MG even after contacting them on that)Very disappointed!(July 27,2021)Update(they’ve changed the photo from that deceiving one that was previously shown but for those looking to buy this one, I paid over 50 for this 240 capsule one but there’s another CanPrev 240 capsule, the exact same product as this one(the blend with, magnesium oxide-cheap form of course that only is 4% absorbed by the body), but it’s for 27, again both are the exact same product but the other is cheaper than this one, only difference is this one is returnable/cost higher and the other is cheaper and isn’t returnable. You’re still not going to get 100% “Magnesium Bis-Glycinate 200 Gentle” as the front has it shown to be.
