Enermax Mounting Bracket Kit for LIQMAX III and AQUAFUSION CPU Cooler on Intel LGA1700 & AMD AM5 Platform

Enermax hit it out of the park by upgrading the AMD mounting hardware. Now, you use the included with motherboard mounting hardware, and by screwing in four Enermax mounting screws, you can mount the block directly on the included CPU back plate and mounting hardware. It's a prefect fit, rock solid, and easy.

This kit, while clearly advertised to work with AM5 boards, does not. It includes the the LGA1700 bracket and screws that line up with the backplate for AM5 boards. There is another included bracket, which is not labeled Intel...so one could assume it is for AMD boards - but it does not remotely line up with the backplate screws...in the least. Using the original AM4 bracket gets very close - but is several mm off and will not align with mount. This was a waste of time and money. I had to buy an entirely new cooler.

easy to install than the competition.

I bought this because my new Enermax Liqmax III 360 A-RGB AIO CPU Liquid Cooler did not fit on my AM5 socket. Saw this and thought it would resolve my issue. It did not, either the mounting brackets I got are wildly out of spec, the water block is too big or Enermax has not read the spec sheet for the AM5 mount points. Either way it doesn’t reliably fit the AM5 socket and should not be advertised as is it does.Will not be purchasing an Enermax product again after this as getting it to the point where you are about to install it makes it no longer eligible for Amazon returns.

Waste of time didn't need product even though the instructions said I did. Not that it's a bad product. The metal is cheap.

The mounting screws do not line up with the cooler brackets.

The one type of mounting screws I needed for this package were not included making it completely useless for what I ordered it for 😡
